Emmeline de Pillis completed her undergraduate studies in mathematics and computer science at the University of California, San Diego. Her current research interests include unconscious bias in decision making, gender in organizations, the human-technology interface, and cross-cultural management. She has developed and taught courses in career development and business planning. Other courses taught include organizational behavior, organizational theory, principles of management, and strategic management.
